I have to agree. Tiscali is the biggest load of shit I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. I have spent most of my time ringing and speaking to some foriegn dude who just doesn't care and then get continually told that it is not their problem (who else supplies the router?).

I too have been bullshitted by the 'supervisors' who promise the world but never deliver.

Tiscali, if possible have your brain in gear on the day you purchase your broadband and don't buy Tiscali.

On your point about them not reading your blog, they never read the email's of complaint I send either!!!

[...] You know, I’m very disappointed in myself for missing this one. This news is like a week old, but I missed it the first time it made an appearance.. And me, the person who had a huge rant about the state of Tiscali’s internet service. It appears that my new chosen ISP, Pipex, have decided to sell to Tiscali for £210 Million it’s 570,000 broadband customer base. Que? Just when we thought we finally had a decent ISP in this country they shift their service to one of the most complained about.. [SHOW ME] [...]
