
First we are told of IE8’s plans on becoming web standards compliant just a few days ago, and would soon be going “private beta.” Now it would seem Microsoft are ready to show off their latest project to the public, as you can now download the public beta. At this rate, it will be finished by Friday! I know you’re all wondering what it looks like and how it will work, and you will probably be very tempted to download the beta and install it, but please remember I will take no responsibility for you downloading it and possibly breaking something on your system.
